Opened on May 28th, this kitchen embodies Drew’s legacy of dedication to our community. It serves as a hub for culinary education, offering a range of classes from hands-on cooking workshops to free educational sessions.

Every moment in the journey of creating and enjoying a meal is an opportunity to practice mindfulness. What is it to be mindful? And how can it be applied to the way we eat our food? In this workshop, we will discuss these questions and more. You will also learn to prepare ceremonial hot chocolate and Guatemalan-style guacamole, integrating concepts into edible action!
