Wall Greens Farm & Seed is a regenerative farm in North Louisiana specializing in MicroGreens production. Microgreens are the young version of a plant that actually outperforms the full-grown plant in nutrients. The tender greens are great toppings and ingredients for salads, smoothies, sandwiches, and soups. Presently offering the following microgreen varieties: radish, broccoli, cabbage, kale, sunflower, pea shoots, and mustard. Those are our regulars. We grow over 10 varieties. We also have a Mild MicroMix & Spicy MicroMix that tend to be crowd favorites.
